Winter Concert and Dinner

The Britannia Music and Culinary Arts students combined their talents on December 2nd to present a wonderful Night of Food and Music. Prior to the evening concert, our cafeteria students served a delicious three course menu of Spinach Salad with Roasted Pecans and Pears, followed by Brie and Shallot filled Chicken Breasts and finished with a Decadent Chocolate Cake. A sold out crowd then enjoyed musical numbers by both Britannia's Secondary and Elementary students. It was a great way to start the holiday season. Enjoy the flash slide show!
